• Client Content: Text, logos & images must be supplied before work begins.
• Deposit: 50% upfront before work begins.
• Final Balance: 50% due on completion, before launch or domain transfer.
• Hosting & Domain: Website packages include 12 months of free high‑speed hosting. Domain registration is available for .com and .org only; country‑specific domains (e.g., .za, .in, .au) are excluded and must be registered separately by the client. Hosting renewals after year one are billed at an affordable market rate.
• Website Development & Maintenance: Website package prices cover the design and implementation of your website and are charged once-off. Hosting and domain costs are separate unless otherwise stated. Once your website is live, optional Website Development & Maintenance is available from R750/month.
